Canteen
All canteens in NSW public schools must meet certain requirements. These include providing more healthy food and drink options – to make the healthy choice an easy choice for students. Visit Healthy school canteens to learn more.
Thirroul Public School Canteen
If you are a parent, grandparent, aunty or uncle and have a spare few hours, we would love to talk to you! Volunteering at the canteen means a 3 hour shift once a month.
Online ordering is available and is the preferred method for canteen orders, on Fridays we only accept online orders. The instructions to register for Online Ordering can be found on the attached Canteen Menu.

The above is our school uniform for everyday and on formal occasions such as ANZAC Day Ceremonies, Presentation Day, School Photos, Remembrance Day, School Excursions, Choral and Instrumental Festivals.
Girls & Boys Sports Uniform
- White and Royal Blue panel shirt with embroidered school logo.
- Royal blue shorts (microfiber or jersey)

In cooler weather, both girls and boys have the option to wear tracksuit bottoms.
Please put your child’s name on each article of clothing (including shoes).
Our school support the NO HAT NO PLAY Policy and all children are required to wear a school hat when outside in the sun.
Uniforms
When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community.
Students, teachers, parents and carers, as well as members of our local community helped develop our school uniform to make sure it:
meets the requirements of occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation
includes items that are affordable, comfortable and made from easy-care and easy-wear fabrics
is appropriate for the full range of school activities
is suitable for all body shapes.

You may apply to use our school’s facilities for appropriate purposes provided your hiring the facility does not interfere with our teaching and learning programs.
